Our check-in agent will check the temperature of each Buddha Air passenger who will be boarding their flight.
We will use a handheld thermometer to measure the temperature of our passengers. If the temperature is above 37.5-degree celsius. then you will be prevented from boarding the aircraft.
Hand sanitizers are also available at our check-in counter, and it is encouraged that the passengers use it before boarding the aircraft.
Our check-in agents have also been trained to identify and help passengers who could be suspected of showing symptoms of coronavirus. They will quarantine the passenger, and act in a manner that will minimize the risk of exposure.
We encourage our passengers to follow simple hygiene habits that will prevent the spread of coronavirus. This includes washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or more, not touching your face with unclean hands, keeping your home and work area clean, etc.
Flyer tip: Boarding time may be longer now due to the additional checks and cleaning we have to do at the check-in counters. Therefore, it’s advisable at least an hour or more before your departure time to ensure a smooth screening and check-in process.
We request your patience and consideration during this time so that our check-in agents and employees can perform their duties. This is all done for the health and safety of our passengers and employees.
