FAQ about Buddha Air's on line e-ticketing system
Passengers are requested to read the following facts before proceeding with on line e-ticketing system of Buddha Air Pvt. Ltd.
Buddha Air and F1 Soft International have agreed upon to provide on line e-ticketing system to Nepali national passengers.
For this purpose e-sewa, product of F1 Soft International will act as intermediary or portal from where all the transaction shall be accomplished and e-sewa will act as a payment gateway for Buddha Air.
Passenger must register with e-sewa to get above service of Buddha Air.
Registration with e-sewa is a very simple process, where e-sewa shall provide the registrant with user id (email id) and password and initial balance of zero amount.
After registering with e-sewa there are three ways to purchase Buddha Air’s e-ticket.
First scenario
If you have enough balance amount with e-sewa, you can directly purchase Buddha Air’s e-ticket. Please visit esewa site https://esewa.com.np to know how to maintain balance and also withdraw amounts. You have the privilege of transferring certain amount from partner banks to your esewa account and if needed you can also withdraw the amount from your esewa account to partner banks.
Second scenario
If you don’t have enough balance amount with e-sewa then you can make direct payment with following banks,
- Bank of Asia
- Global Bank
Third scenario
Below listed banks do not accept direct payment but you can transfer required amounts to your esewa account online which can be used for the purchase of our e-tickets.
- Laxmi Bank
- Kumari Bank
- Citizen Bank

Detail procedure of e-ticketing system of Buddha Air

Follow the link to e-sewa by clicking On Line E-ticketing System which shall re-direct you to e-sewa web site.
Proceed to become a member of e-sewa,
Log on to e-sewa after getting your user id (email id) and password.
Please select the service to purchase on line e-ticket of Buddha Air.
You will be asked to provide one way ticket or round trip ticket, please select it and select the flight date and sector pair, number of adults and child.
Next screen will display the flights and check boxes with different timings and different fare schemes. Seats are available only on those flights where the boxes can be selected. If you can’t click any boxes, please try a different date.
Next screen will ask you for the passenger’s name, Milage Id no, contact number so fill this up.
Once you click the confirm button if you have enough balance with esewa then e-ticket shall be generated otherwise a message will be displayed. At that time you can log in to your bank which is displayed in the screen, once you log in to your bank then you will be asked to pay the required amount to purchase the ticket. As soon as you pay for the ticket, then your e-ticket shall be generated.
E-ticket in PDF format will be generated which can be printed directly or you can save it for further process.
